We mainly target fully stabilized buildings with good tenants in place. KKG companies is focused on placing capital and trying not to back fill buildings. Shorter leases are not preferred but we will look at almost anything given the tenant is of high quality. Don’t hesitate to reach out as we’ll consider almost any asset class besides local restaurants and hotels.
